About the Event

Speakers present a critical obstacle that needs collaboration and a near term solution. Participants vote on which speaker has articulated the most urgent obstacle. Participants then compete the next day in virtual breakout rooms to develop a winning 12 month solution. Invited participants are strategically placed into breakout rooms to compete on developing a 12 month solution to the winning obstacle.

AEG requires participants to be fully vaccinated and must have undergone the appropriate waiting period post-vaccination in order to attend in-person events. Event attendance will be capped at 48 leaders in order to practice social-distancing. This protocol may change according to CDC Guidelines.

Holland & Knight is taking enhanced health and safety precautions measures to safeguard its personnel, clients, and guests due to concerns regarding COVID-19. As with firm personnel, we are asking our guests to refrain from visiting a Holland & Knight office if they or anyone with whom they have had close contact with have tested positive for COVID-19 or have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days. Guests must agree to wear a mask in the common areas of the office and follow all building, state, and local requirements when entering and occupying H&K facilities.

Effective immediately, we are requiring the use of masks in our offices in common areas and whenever personnel are not socially distant from others. The same approach applies to vaccinated and unvaccinated personnel. Acceptable face covering: two-layer fabric, medical, or surgical mask, or respirator. Unacceptable face covering: scarf, ski mask, balaclava, bandana, turtleneck, collar, or single-layer fabric mask. Visitors must complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire (the “Daily Check-in”)
